Your impact as a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

As Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for Mylab’s overall revenue development and commercial strategy. A key priority will be advancing our transformation towards a SaaS-based business model, strengthening our market position and supporting international growth, particularly. within the Nordic region.
In this role, you will develop and execute Mylab’s revenue strategy in line with company objectives. You will lead and develop the commercial organization across Sales, Customer Success and Business Development, with responsibility for both performance and people leadership. You will drive new customer acquisition while strengthening existing customer relationships. In addition, you will ensure successful customer onboarding, value realization, retention and growth, identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and market openings, and build scalable, data-driven commercial processes and ways of working. As a member of the leadership team, you will report directly to the CEO.
What we expect from you
We are looking for a senior commercial leader with a strong track record in building and developing revenue in a B2B environment. You have experience in commercial leadership roles, such as CRO, VP Sales or similar, and a demonstrated ability to drive growth in software or SaaS business.
What you bring to the table:
· Strong experience in B2B commercial leadership (sales, marketing or revenue responsibility)
· Proven track record in scaling revenue in B2B SaaS/similar software-driven business or in B2B medical technology business
· Experience in complex or long sales cycle environments
· Ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution
· Experience in international markets, preferably within the Nordic region
· Experience in leading change and supporting business transformation
· A structured, data-driven and goal-oriented way of working
· Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills
A relevant higher education degree is considered an advantage. Fluent Finnish and English skills are required for this role.

Our headquarters is located in Tampere. We follow a hybrid working model, and the role requires physical presence in Tampere approximately 2–3 days per week.
The typical salary range for this role is approximately 8,500 – 9,500 € per month (base salary), with negotiation flexibility based on experience and profile. In addition, the role includes performance-based incentives aligned with Mylab’s growth targets.
