Your impact as a Key Account Manager
Are you excited by growth, customer value and building strategic relationships that truly matter? We are looking for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of selected strategic customer accounts in Finland – with a strong opportunity to also work across the Nordics.
As a Key Account Manager at Mylab, you own the commercial success of your accounts - revenue growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. You build deep trust with key stakeholders, influence decision-making across the customer organization, and position Mylab as a strategic partner across the customer’s diagnostic value chain.
This role is highly proactive and business-oriented: you build and maintain the account vision, create demand, lead commercial dialogue and drive the account’s long-term roadmap – ensuring that customer needs, Mylab’s offering, and future opportunities align.
You own your sales pipeline and forecast, lead commercial negotiations, and drive opportunities all the way to completion - including signed contracts, internal approvals, CRM hygiene and clean handover.
You drive alignment between the customer’s strategy and Mylab’s offering by steering the account roadmap and supporting project prioritization. You ensure the right initiatives are chosen, progressed and connected to measurable customer value.

You consistently grow your accounts in a profitable and value-driven way. You strengthen customer trust and turn long-term relationships into concrete business outcomes, resulting in:
Total revenue and growth
Margin / profitability
Customer satisfaction and retention
Strong, insight-driven account development
This is a key role to Mylab’s growth journey towards 2030 as we scale towards €28M revenue and strengthen our role as Partner in Unified Actionable Diagnostics. KAM reports to the CRO.
What you bring to the table
We are looking for a modern, proactive B2B sales professional with a strong ownership and growth mindset. To succeed in this role, you have:
Solid experience in Key Account Management or complex B2B sales
Experience in IT public sector / complex procurement environments
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to lead cross-functional work and drive decisions to completion
Curiosity, structure and the ability to move opportunities forward
A value-based mindset: you can connect customer challenges to measurable business impact
Fluency in Finnish and English
Seniority from an IT company is a clear advantage. While the role is strongly customer-facing, leadership skills help you drive internal execution and collaboration — for example in multi-stakeholder offer and proposal projects.
Experience from healthcare, diagnostics, or clinical IT is a strong advantage.
