Your impact as a Lead Product Manager
Are you passionate about building growth in a product business? This is a rare opportunity to define the future of our product management. As our Lead Product Manager, you operate at a senior, often strategic level across our entire product portfolio. You drive overall direction of our product-led business, commercialization, and long-term roadmap alignment.
Your mission is to drive business growth with commercialization efforts in new My+ SaaS expansion areas as new offerings for laboratory specialties and data. You ensure that the portfolio is strategically positioned, commercially viable, and focused on the right market needs. In addition, the focus of this position is translating market opportunities, customer needs, and strategic objectives into clear strategic direction, business models, and systematically prioritized roadmaps.
You lead the portfolio-level prioritization by defining how opportunities are evaluated, how decisions between competing initiatives are made, and where resources are allocated. You ensure that decisions are consistent, commercially grounded, and clearly understood across stakeholders while shaping a partner and ecosystem strategy that strengthens our competitive position and scalability. You have a good grasp of working with channel and/or technology partners. You are expected to own core product management processes.
Working closely with three Product Managers, each responsible for their own product area, Business Analysts, Marketing, CX, Sales, and Technology, you ensure that strategic intent is clearly understood and that decisions are grounded in commercial logic. Ultimately, you turn complexity into focus and direction, enabling our product portfolio to evolve through partnerships and organically with purpose and deliver sustainable growth.
What you bring to the table
You have solid experience in strategic product management within a product company and are comfortable operating at portfolio level. You understand how to connect market opportunity, commercialization, and roadmap direction into a coherent product strategy.
You bring strong commercial acumen and hands-on experience in areas such as market analysis, pricing and packaging, business modeling, and partner-driven growth. You understand how product decisions translate into revenue, scalability, and long-term competitiveness.
You are analytically sharp and structured in your thinking, yet pragmatic in execution. You can navigate a complex and regulated environment, make clear prioritization decisions, and communicate effectively across executive, commercial, and technical stakeholders. You are technically fluent enough to engage confidently with experts and ensure strategic choices are realistic. You are comfortable selling your solution in front of even larger audiences meaning you are great communicator. You understand the possibilities of AI.
A relevant academic degree and strong Finnish and English skills are required; Swedish or German is a plus.
