Your impact as a Product Owner 

We’re looking for a visionary Product Owner to lead the charge in creating products that matter. You’re not just managing a backlog – you are shaping the future of healthcare technology. You’ll act as the CEO of your products, ensuring that every feature we deliver creates real value for customers and end users.  

Your role combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You turn customer needs into clear, actionable plans. You prioritize what matters most to deliver meaningful results. You lead our development teams to create solutions that truly make a difference. 

And while you’ll have independence and responsibility, you are not alone. Success is a collective effort. You will collaborate closely with talented developers, architects, and product managers, all working toward one shared goal: empowering outcome-based healthcare through data-driven, reliable solutions.  

What you bring to the table 

• A strong background in software development and experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager.   

• Ability to deliver MVPs and MLPs and make confident decisions to maximize customer value. 

• Technical understanding to work effectively with developers, quality assurance, architects, and project managers. 

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Finnish/Swedish. 

• A customer-first mindset and a clear vision of how products align with business goals.  

Experience in healthcare technology? That’s a plus! But, your passion for impact matters most.
