Detailed information about your role 

As Lead Product Owner at Mylab, you drive ideas to execution, championing product development from concept to delivery while empowering Product Owners across the organization. This role is placed in Mylab’s technology function. With your technical leadership, you ensure our product development delivers business value efficiently and on time. 

You will lead Mylab’s Product Owner team. You prioritize the teams’ work and support them grow their skills and knowledge in product ownership. Your focus is on delivering products that align with user needs and business goals, driving real value through thoughtful leadership. 

At the same time, you work as an overall My+ product CEO and with stakeholders such as User Experience Designers, Business Analysts and Product Managers along with development and QA. You concentrate on efficient scoping and incremental planning to deliver what has been promised on the agreed timeline.

Are you a product development professional with strong leadership skills? 

If so, this role might be perfect for you. To succeed in this position, you need to have: 

• A strong understanding of technical solutions.

• 6+ years of experience in leading product development, ideally as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.

• Skills to scope, which means you are always able to find MVP and MLP and differentiate between the two to get deliveries done.

• Strong leadership skills accompanied with positive curiosity, growth mindset, systemic thinking, and strong vision in developing operations.

• Your leadership is grounded in clear direction, decisive action, and alignment around shared goals. You favor focus and execution over ambiguity and endless debate. 

• Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills.

• Experience in the healthcare technology sector is beneficial.

• You communicate effectively in English and Finnish or Swedish.
