Detailed information about your role

As a Lead Business Analyst, your responsibility area covers whole My+® Total Service and My+® portfolio, and how its components deliver more value together. You will be the advocate for Product Management at Mylab. You guide the company to develop products which serve the customer needs in the best possible way.

You act as an overall owner of our market and customer needs. In practice, you concentrate on understanding customers and markets, support sales from the get-go, and help operational excellence to create scalable business. Your responsibilities include business feasibility, needs discovery and analysis, problem statement definition, prioritization, and defining what we should cover with the minimum lovable product (MLP).

You will develop the working processes around Business Analysis throughout the organization and contribute to business case analysis in collaboration with Product Managers. You will lead, coach and mentor a team of Business Analysts and prioritize their work. You support the team in developing greater skills and knowledge in business analysis. Your leadership is essential in guiding the team to achieve our strategic goals.

In this role, you collaborate and facilitate cooperation closely with wide range of professionals in sales, product management, user experience, customer experience, technology, marketing, and support.

We are looking for an experienced, inspiring and business-oriented Lead Business Analyst with a proven track record in either business analysis or product management. If you enjoy working in an emerging environment with complex challenges and fun colleagues, this is your opportunity!

We hope that you have a strong vision and willingness to develop both business analysis processes and leadership. To succeed in this role, you need to have a strong product management background with 5+ years of work experience in product management. Domain knowledge and understanding of diagnostics/laboratory processes are seen as beneficial, but not strictly required.

As this role is a leadership position, we expect strong growth mindset. We look for a leader with positive curiosity, systemic thinking skills, good decision-making ability, and strong vision in developing operations. Additionally, you need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence, since you will work in a central function that cooperates widely both internally and externally.

When working with us and our clients, you need to have fluent English language skills both in design and communication, but also fluent communication skills in Finnish. Proficiency in other Nordics languages, such as Swedish, is also beneficial.
